Clear terms for using NexxBalance

By accessing or using NexxBalance, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use NexxBalance.

NexxBalance is a business management platform designed for small and medium businesses.

Depending on the version and plan you use, NexxBalance may provide features including:

• Invoicing
• Inventory management
• Sales and payment tracking
• Customer management
• Expense management
• Business reports
• Data backup and restoration
• Other business management features

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as NexxBalance develops.

Some NexxBalance features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your account information up to date
• Protecting access to your account
• Using your account responsibly
• Not sharing your account in a way that compromises its security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by unauthorized access resulting from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

You may enter business information into NexxBalance, including products, customers, invoices, expenses, sales and other records.

You retain ownership of the business data you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The information you enter is accurate
• You have the necessary rights to use the information
• Your use of customer or third-party information complies with applicable laws

NexxBalance is a software tool and does not independently verify the accuracy of your business records.

NexxBalance may provide tools for creating invoices, tracking transactions and managing business records.

Certain NexxBalance features may require a paid subscription or other payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

Before completing a purchase, applicable pricing, billing frequency and other relevant information will be presented to you.

Your use of paid services is also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

NexxBalance may provide optional Google Drive cloud backup, archive, or restoration functionality.

If you choose to connect your Google account:

• You authorize NexxBalance to access only the minimal necessary Google Drive permissions (specifically the restricted Application Data folder scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata) required to store and retrieve your encrypted/structured business backup archives.
• Restricted Scope Boundary: NexxBalance does not have access to, and cannot read, view, modify, or delete any personal documents, spreadsheets, photos, or files stored in your general Google Drive.
• Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• Backup and restore operations rely on Google Cloud API availability and an active Internet connection.
• You can disconnect Google Drive at any time through NexxBalance settings or your Google Account Security Settings.

You agree not to use NexxBalance to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations
• Commit fraud or other unlawful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to NexxBalance
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Abuse or overload the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Use NexxBalance to infringe the rights of others

NexxBalance, including its software, interface, branding, design, graphics, content and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to EliteNexx Technologies unless otherwise stated.

You may use NexxBalance only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit NexxBalance or its underlying technology without appropriate authorization.

We aim to keep NexxBalance reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be:

• Available without interruption
• Completely error-free
• Free from temporary technical issues
• Compatible with every device or environment

Maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Where backup functionality is provided, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business information.

Third-party backup services such as Google Drive may be subject to their own availability, limitations and policies.

You should not rely on NexxBalance as the sole copy of critical business records.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including when:

• These Terms are violated
• The service is being abused
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
• Required by law
• Continued access creates a security risk

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking such action.

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexxBalance and EliteNexx Technologies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Reliance on business records
• Third-party service interruptions

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

NexxBalance may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including services provided by Google and Razorpay.

Those services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services.

We may modify, improve, add or remove features from NexxBalance over time.

We may also update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
