Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for paid NexxBalance services.

NexxBalance is developed by EliteNexx Technologies.

You may cancel your NexxBalance subscription at any time through the cancellation method provided in your account or by contacting our support team.

After cancellation:

• Your current subscription may remain active until the end of the applicable billing period.
• Future recurring charges will not be made after a successful cancellation.
• Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

Payments made for NexxBalance subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the applicable subscription period has started, except where:

• A refund is required by applicable law;
• We explicitly approve a refund;
• A payment was made in error or duplicated;
• A technical or billing issue caused an incorrect charge.

Please include the email address associated with your NexxBalance account and relevant payment details.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription or have received an incorrect charge, please contact us.

We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, process the applicable correction or refund.

If a subscription payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until the payment is successfully completed.

Your bank, payment provider, or Razorpay may also apply its own applicable processes for failed transactions.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the applicable payment channel.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment method.

If NexxBalance offers a free trial, promotional price, discount, or special offer, the specific terms of that offer will be displayed at the time it is provided.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers do not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

If an account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions, this does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Any refund will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.
