When you create or use a NexxBalance account, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Login/authentication information
• Business name
• Business type
• GST information, where provided
• City, country and pincode
• Other information you voluntarily provide

NexxBalance may process information that you enter into the application, including:

• Products and inventory information
• Customer information
• Invoices
• Sales and payment records
• Expenses
• Business reports
• Other business information you choose to store in NexxBalance

Connecting Google Drive is entirely optional. You can use NexxBalance to create invoices, track inventory, record expenses, and run your daily operations without ever connecting a Google account or utilizing Google Drive features.

Where enabled, Google Drive is used solely to create user-initiated backups and/or restore your NexxBalance business records.

NexxBalance does not perform continuous, unprompted two-way background synchronization across devices unless explicitly supported and configured. The integration operates as a secure export, archive, and recovery utility.

When you create a backup, the generated archive file may include the following NexxBalance data:

• Business Information: Business name, profile, currency preferences, and GST/tax details.
• Products & Inventory: Product catalogs, stock levels, pricing, and category classifications.
• Customers & Contacts: Customer names, phone numbers, and billing details entered for invoicing.
• Invoices & Billing: Generated invoice records, tax breakdowns, and transaction history.
• Sales & Payment Records: Payment receipts, payment methods (Cash/UPI/Bank), and customer credit (Udhar) balances.
• Expenses: Expense entries, payment categories, and vendor payment records.
• Other Selected Data: Any additional operational business data selected for backup.

NexxBalance adheres to the principle of least privilege and requests only the minimum required Google Drive API permissions:

• NexxBalance requests restricted scopes (specifically https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata and/or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file).
• Restricted Access: Under these minimal scopes, NexxBalance can only access, create, update, and manage the specific files and folders that are created or opened by the NexxBalance application itself inside its dedicated private application data folder.
• No Access to Personal Files: NexxBalance does not have access to, cannot read, and cannot modify a user's wider Google Drive, personal documents, photos, spreadsheets, or any unrelated files.
• The exact permissions requested are transparently presented to you on Google's official authorization consent screen before connecting.

Information accessed through Google Drive is used strictly and exclusively to perform user-authorized backup, archive, and restore operations.

NexxBalance and EliteNexx Technologies do not sell, rent, license, or share Google Drive data with third parties. Google Drive data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, tracking, machine learning training, or any purpose unrelated to providing your backup service.

You maintain full control over your Google Drive integration at all times:

• Disconnecting Google Drive: You can disconnect Google Drive from NexxBalance at any time through the in-app settings or by revoking NexxBalance's access directly in your Google Account Security Settings.
• Status After Disconnection: Disconnecting stops any future backup operations. Existing backup files already stored in your Google Drive will remain in your Drive under your ownership until you decide to delete them.
• Deleting Backup Data: You can delete your NexxBalance backup archives at any time directly through your Google Drive interface or through NexxBalance data controls where supported.

Google Drive is an independent third-party cloud service provided by Google LLC. Your use of Google Drive is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google's data practices detailed in the official Google Privacy Policy.

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect NexxBalance data. Communication between NexxBalance and Google APIs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and backups stored in Google Drive benefit from Google's enterprise-grade infrastructure security.

Consistent with realistic industry standards, no internet-connected platform or data transfer protocol can guarantee absolute or infallible security.

There is a clear operational distinction between NexxBalance account data and backup archives in your Google Drive:

• NexxBalance Account Data: You can request complete deletion of your NexxBalance account and associated centralized records by emailing info.coderslab777@gmail.com.
• Google Drive Backup Files: Deleting your NexxBalance account does not automatically delete backup files located inside your personal Google Drive. Because those files reside in your private storage, you retain sole ownership and can delete them directly within Google Drive at your discretion.

Requesting deletion of your NexxBalance account deletes your account profile, credentials, and centralized records stored on NexxBalance servers. It does not automatically delete backup files stored in your personal Google Drive account. Because those files reside in your private Google storage, you retain full ownership and can delete them directly through Google Drive at your convenience.
